The Men o’ War Balladeers are a traditional music band and vocal group based in Cambridge, NY. Its five members sing traditional North American and Celtic ballads across Upstate New York. With an a cappella-focused repertoire ranging from room-filling, five-voice sea shanties to delicate, solo love ballads, they perform at concert halls, breweries, churches, and libraries.

The Balladeers were formed by Kristoffer in December of 2016, with Cole, Michael and Dan. The group quickly cohered into a more long-term undertaking, and the band performed for the first time in March, 2017. Adam joined shortly into the process, bringing an added dimension to their sound. They continue sharing their unique musical blend with their local community every chance they get.

In August to September, 2017, they recorded a full studio album of favorite songs, released as Rise with the Moon the following January. A second release, Low Lie the Fields, followed in 2019.
